Refund policy

At TechNovaCart, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help with an easy and transparent return and refund process.


1. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

  • Be unused and in original condition

  • Be in the original packaging with all tags/accessories

  • Not be damaged due to misuse or mishandling

  • Be returned within the specified return window

We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet these conditions.


2. Return Timeframe

You may request a return within 7 days of delivery.

After 7 days from the delivery date, we may not be able to accept return requests.

3. Refund Process and Timing

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

  • You will be notified of approval or rejection

  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

Please note:

  • Bank/card refunds may take additional time depending on your payment provider

  • Shipping fees (if any) are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to our error


4. Exchanges

We offer exchanges in the following cases:

  • Wrong item received

  • Damaged or defective product

  • Size replacement (if applicable and in stock)

If the replacement item is unavailable, we will issue a refund.


5. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

If you receive a product that is:

  • Damaged

  • Defective

  • Incorrect

Please email us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos/videos of the issue

After verification, we will:

  • Arrange a free replacement or

  • Issue a full refund (including shipping, if applicable)


6. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Used or worn products

  • Items damaged by customer misuse

  • Products without original packaging

  • Clearance or final sale items (if marked)

  • Personal care items (if opened, where applicable)


7. Return Shipping Costs

If the return is due to our error (wrong/damaged product):
✅ We will bear the return shipping cost.

If the return is due to customer preference (change of mind, etc.):

  • Return shipping costs may be the customer’s responsibility

  • Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable

Return instructions will be provided after your request is approved.


8. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

  1. Check your bank account again

  2. Contact your card provider/payment gateway

  3. Contact your bank (processing times may vary)
