  • Cash on Delivery (COD) — if offered at checkout

3. Delivery Timeframes

Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

  • Metro cities: 3–5 business days

  • Other cities/towns: 4–8 business days

  • Remote areas: 5–10 business days

  • We may offer free shipping promotions from time to time.

  • Any applicable Cash on Delivery fees will be shown at checkout.

Once your order ships, you will receive:

Tracking information typically becomes active within 24–48 hours after dispatch.

If you do not receive tracking details, please contact our support team.

7. Failed Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners typically make 2–3 delivery attempts.

If delivery fails due to:

  • Customer unavailability

  • Incorrect address

  • Refusal to accept delivery

…the order may be returned to us. Re-shipping may require additional charges.


8. International Shipping

Currently, TechNovaCart ships within India only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
